Pros

The Health benefits are great, but sadly that's about it.

Cons

Incentives are promised and repeatedly gone over though you'll never get to see them as the company Leadership isn't qualified to be keyholders let alone manage stores or districts. The sever lack of training is evident as no one can explain what's actually going on, besides regurgitating sales pitches that and "incentives" that will be taken away in a heartbeat. Training is the foundation of any company that's goal based, unfortunately I don't think Connectivity Source was told that. If you're thinking of working for T-mobile work for corporate, don't work 3rd party.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We follow all T-Mobile training and even have our own CS Training Material that expands on what is needed to thrive in a retail environment - no matter what position you are in. Most of our leaders have grown with the organization so it is hard to believe they cannot do something. We always have an open door for our team so if there is something you are not getting or need from us, let us know. Seems like there may be some other confusion in regards to incentives. Would love to hear about what you missed out on... feel free to hit us up at hr@connectivitysource.net or me personally at (832)368-7546. Would love to hear you out.

Pros

Decent pay I suppose, somewhat flexible hours depending on where you worked.

Cons

I knew what I was doing after coming from corporate and was told excluding most of the truth was perfectly fine and expected of me by management. Was told if I did not do things their way I would be pushed out. If I actually did my job the correct way I was told to lie to customers because they’re a waste of my time and the stores time and money because it didn’t help conversion. I was also told on numerous occasions by my manager that he was angry he didn’t get to choose his assistant manager since I was hired on by the Vice President. I loved my job when I was actually appreciated by my managers and pushed to do the good things like build relationships with my customers instead of being told they don’t care about anything I have to say once they leave that store.

Losing team members is always a hard decision. The recent store closures were due to a decision made by T-Mobile based on proximity to other stores. We made every attempt to move all employees to other locations. Keeping our team together is very important to us but this was outside of our control. We never want to close any locations and our desire is for our employees to grow personally and professionally with us. If you have questions on your specific issue, feel free to reach out. My phone number is (832) 368-7546 or you can reach out to HR at HR@connectivitysource.net.
