Pros
I have been in the wireless industry for almost 10 years now and was with one corporate company for most of that time that I will leave unnamed. The difference in culture, care for employees and overall willingness to adapt and look for and except change from all employees alike is absolutely unrivaled by Connectivity Source. The company is always looking for growth which creates ample opportunity for personal advancement and Senior leadership including the owner and VP are personal and truly appreciate the work of everyone that’s part of the company. Connectivity Source actually invest in EACH team member and that’s even more evident during this tough time we are currently in. No layoffs, but finding a way to still allow people to provide for themselves and their families.

Only one I can think of is no 401k At time of hire.
