      District managers do whatever they want, their HR department is non-existent.

      HR is always here to help. It seems like something may not have gone your way after an investigation - it is HR’s job to look at all sides while you may only look at your perspective.       Get to see the latest products . iPhone . Samsung galaxy. LG .

      Cons

      Commission was always changing . Was told you can make over 1k per month . Health care that was offer, was not covered in the area would have to travel to 90 miles away to be in network. Schedule was made to open to close 11hr or some days would just 6 hr. Sometimes you would be by yourself for a long period of times. Short staffed all the time that training is cut short by management.

      Pros

      You can move up pretty fast. When you do great work they do acknowledge it. There’s always competitions and opportunities to have something nice or do something nice. It’s a really great company who value their employees!

      Cons

      There really aren’t any. Any situation can be figured out and negotiated, they really value how you feel and what you think.
