Pros

This company has competitive pay, and I actually really enjoyed the commission structure and initiative this company puts in for incentives. It is a very large company successfully. Which is why they may not see the problems with it, between the cracks.

Cons

Being with this company was a mess from start to finish. They wouldn’t let me put in my two weeks with my prior company because the regional manager wanted to fill a spot quickly (huge red flag). In three days I went from working with my previous employer to working here. Then when I started with the company, turns out there was some miss communication so they did not have a spot for me. I did visits with my DM as a SM until the store they wanted to put me at was finished being built. They where not honest with the type of situation I would be in from the beginning. I worked at 4 different locations in a four month time span. My regional manager was the ABSOLUTE WORST LEADER I’ve ever had. He was arrogant and did not know how to lead a team of people. This company was completely based on pushing their people and working them extremely hard to make success. Instead of, building up their leaders and teaching them good strategies for success. The turn over was AWFUL I saw 3 managers in my district leave or get fired in about two months and countless sales reps. Possibly because I saw them Hire the most ridiculous people. I once got the chance to MEET THE OWNER, and he spent our whole visit screaming at my regional manager telling him what an idiot he was (well deserved) but extremely unprofessional. No one that I met within this company was kind or professional, besides maybe a few district managers who always got completely ran over and thrown under the bus by the Regional Manager.

Pros

If you enjoy being discriminated against then this is the place for you! If you like getting underpaid then this is the place.

Cons

The company was very unorganized! Management was very unprofessional, lots of fraudulent activity! There was one cash flow, EVERY representative should have their own cash flow.

Pros

lying about the wages, failure to communicate, interview consisted of manager reading off pre-loaded interview questions from sprint corporate because she could't memorize them apparently. After trying to get initial interview over the phone, they coerced me to come in to the store.. only to tell me I may need to throw a sign around on savannah highway because whomever in charge cheaped out on their office lease and no one can see the store fro the street lol unbelievable. Most ridiculous, comical excuse for a company I have ever seen in my entire life. I have over a decade of sales management experience and I am over qualified to be their district manager. I started my own business and at the time needed something to spend my time and make a little money on the side while my business got up and running which it did. Very disappointed I wasted the gas to get out there from sullivans island

Cons

there are no pros. 'Pro' can't even be in the same context of what you are trying to make happen. After the embarrassing interview process by someone who couldn't memorize five interview questions and speak coherently in emails... I never got a follow up call. I called three times to follow up on my interview. Each time the same person said she was super busy and couldn't talk now. I don't know if it is because I'm a white person with credentials, or if they hired someone with a PHD to throw signs on savannah highway; I never got an answer. Super hilarious.. if you are in the interview process stay away unless you're like 16 years old or something and you need a job. What a waste of my time. Unreal. I always knew Sprint was total garbage, but now I truly know how you got there. By hiring anyone with a pulse to be your brand ambassadors and failing to recognize when talent finally knocks at your door.

Connectivity Source Response

I want to address the pay, we always have an open door policy and I would gladly look into your issues. If you are referring to commission, that is something you have to work hard for. I am glad you have a lot of experience and are starting your own business... hopefully it is a business that does not entail communicating with others, marketing, or training because it is evident you have no use for and are above those responsibilities. I AM incredibly proud of our employees that fight every day to make a difference for themselves and their customers - you are wrong for trying to discount that. If you have valid issues, we are here but if this is you trying to tell yourself that you are above helping customers, working on a team, and learning new things then good luck with your new business! As always... we appreciate the feedback!
