Pros

Decent pay, Good work. Fun improving the relationship with your customers.

Cons

Terrible management. If a manager is performing poorly, if an employee is performing poorly, it isn't strike 1, strike 2 strike 3, they get 6 months or more of failing. Which trickles down to the employees. Commission structure changes constantly, seemingly as soon as you find a way to like the current one. Good luck having any kind of a voice that goes against the totalitarian upper management.

Thank you for the feedback. We agree totally with leadership being accountable for performance and making their employees better. I would caution that you may not always see what is going on behind the scenes so it is hard to comment specifically on a "1 - 2 - 3 Strike" process. You are also not correct on compensation plans. The last 3 compensation plan structural changes were 10/2015... 02/2017... 03/2018. If there is anything we can do to help you better understand the amazing opportunities you have with the compensation plan or if you are not receiving the direction you need at the store level - do not hesitate to let me know. We always have an open door policy. Jason@connectivitysource.net

I would love to hear your feedback and understand your perception. We are here to help! We are very up front with how the bonus structure and pay works... if you perform well, you will make a lot of money. If you do not perform... you will not make money! So it all centers on your performance. If you do not achieve your floor target (which is usually 50% to Goal) then you will not be paid. Goal is based off how the store has performed over the last 122 months and is very straightforward. If you cannot do 50% of what the store has done over the last 12 months, you will not make the money you want! I would love to have an open dialogue about what you can control but your earning potential is in your hands more than it is in ours... just see the other responses on here. Sales are not for everyone and may not be a fit for you but we would love to help brainstorm on what you can do differently. Reach out to your DM and we would love to help!

Pros

I’ve never loved working for a company like I do Connectivity Source.. Awesome opportunity to grow within the company. Pay, and reward incentives.. contests for things like cars, phones, TVs, trips to Vegas and Cancun, Visa cards. 100% team atmosphere at all levels of the company. Always praising each other and focused on bettering each other while treating customers the right way. I started with Connectivity Source after a buyout from another third party store. They’ve completely changed my thoughts and standards of what this industry should be like. Less than a year after joining this team I’ve moved from an ASM to a training manager for our district. We’re all about growing and developing ourselves as much as each other!

Cons

Only con is that the company isn’t nationwide yet. Growing so fast though that it’ll be there in no time.

Thank you for the feedback. The ones on our teams are the ones that make these things possible! The RTSM is a demanding position but you all crush it. If there is ever anything you want to share, my phone is always on. Thank you for all that you do!
