Pros
None I really had at this location other than my coworkers, who left with me. And my boss didn’t care if we didn’t clock out for our hour lunch break.
Cons
Bosses (district and my boss at my store) bother raunchy, rude, and very very demanding. Would blow up the work group chat all hours of the day then would harass us if we had it on mute. They would lie to customers about inventory. If a customer came in for prepaid or any other plan other than Magenta Max we were told to turn them down and send them to a corporate store. It was drilled into us to sell against our morals. Add P360, AAL, and upgrade plans without informing the customer.
