Losing team members is always a hard decision. The recent store closures were due to a decision made by T-Mobile based on proximity to other stores. We made every attempt to move all employees to other locations. Keeping our team together is very important to us but this was outside of our control. We never want to close any locations and our desire is for our employees to grow personally and professionally with us. If you have questions on your specific issue, feel free to reach out. My phone number is (832) 368-7546 or you can reach out to HR at HR@connectivitysource.net.

Unfair Pay and Treatment: DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

After being at this company, the HR department chooses to NOT assist the employers and rather help the higher-ups. The associates are actively working on the floor working countless hours, so I suppose there are benefits if you're in a higher position.

Cons

When there are issues due to a hostile work environment, HR does not follow up and when they do, they take the side of the manager. There were videos and countless witnesses of the other employees for the rude, homophobic, and racist remarks. This company also constantly changes their commission structure and DO NOT send commission details, so you are completely clueless of how you get paid and what you get paid for.

Thank you for reaching out. It seems like you are having issues communicating and using tools we provide but would love to help! Our HR Team cares deeply about our team members. We take every issue or accusation seriously and research all sides. You are using a lot of derogatory terms that carry a lot of weight. You are entitled to your opinion but HR must research and take action on facts. If there are things you have questions on, they are always available to you. Commission details are loaded for every employee monthly with full details on our commission Dashboard. You can also see your trend daily on another Dashboard. Those, in addition to a compensation calculator are created for all employees. If you need help accessing this, let us know. We are here to help! In regards to commission structure - it has not changed in almost a year- at which point it changed for the better. All that changes occasionally are targets. Targets change in all sales positions. If you need anything at all, please reach out to HR@connectivitysource.net
