      Pros

      Amazing culture in all levels of the company. Great Leadership always looking out for the frontline Communication always on point. Upper management always listening to feedback and adjusting. Being in the wireless field for over 15 years the best compensation structure i have seen. The best raise structure, Raises based on results no need to ask they are automatic. Company always looking to expand not selling like many are. Looking for a great place to start or continue a career in wireless Connectivity Source is one of the best. Growth from within is the key motto here.

      Cons

      Like i said being in the wireless business for over 15 years not many cons to discuss. Working here for 3 years its been great. Only con i can say is sometimes over communication. Which to some that may be a good thing

      The company is good when it comes to an open door policy, you can reach the CEO if needed with not problem. The company process is also pretty cool get the job done.

      Cons

      The process is micro managed, The money is low for the title you have a the commission is based as a company not as an individual.
