      They promote from within the company so there is opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, they lie about the compensation you will receive, there are a million ways to lose your “bonus” money (they cannot call it commission because it is so easy to lose), they have outrageous expectations for their employees, horrible management, and you will be screamed at by customers on a daily basis for wages that will not pay your bills

      Exceptional company that values its employee's growth and well being. From day one, I was impressed by everyone's commitment to helping and making our transition seamless into the CS Culture. At all levels, team demonstrates genuine care and providing constant feedback on changes and improvements.

      Cons

      If you want to be challenged and out of your comfort zone to help grow as an individual- this is the place. You will be rewarded for your efforts. If you are planning on coasting by- looks elsewhere.
