Upper management pushing unethical and predatory sales practices, ludicrous commission structure with shifting qualifiers on a monthly basis, low overall payout on commission even if you're in the top spots in the district. That's if you even get your check at all and don't have to fight with management to even get your earned payout in the first place.

Commission is paid out on store level and not individuals goals. So if your store doesn't hit the targets needed for the month your commission is going to suck even if you're the only one who worked and carried your team for the month.
