5yI am sorry to hear about your experience, there should absolutely be work / life balance. It sounds like you guys were working very hard for each other and the customers. Sometimes staffing gets behind and everyone has to fill those gaps. As Store Manager a lot of that falls on you to recruit, interview and hire. Leadership and support should step in to help or assist with staffing as needed.
