Pros

The only pro I can think of is it was close to my house.

Cons

They were looking for a warm body to fill the seat. They didn't care about the employees at all. As soon as the season was over, you were out the door, although I was told in the interview over and over that it would be permanent. I even asked during training about it being permanent and they came back and said it would be. Lie after lie. Training was a joke. I'm a licensed agent and the training was by someone who wasn't an agent and who I had to correct on many different things. He hadn't been there or done it. They couldn't even train us on the computer program. When we had a customer on the phone, we would have to put them on hold and run to find a supervisor to make it through the quoting phase. The sup that was most readily available couldn't help most of the time and so would walk away. The other main sup was rude and basically said we had no voice. We actually had to raise our hands to go to the bathroom. We were treated like a non-human. They bragged because they were in magazines as being one of the 12th fastest growing companies. But those statistics only show monetary growth, they don't show how horrible a company is to work for.,

Pros

$15 an hour, not a difficult job

Cons

Horrible leadership- this is a place where if you can stay long enough, you will be moved up because of their high turnover. However, this means not everyone in a leadership position should be there. They don't have leadership training or any set expectations but for them to babysit really. This is a place where you here it one way here and another way there. The hours are not guaranteed, I saw a few of my supposed full time coworkers get randomly assigned mandatory time off for two weeks at a time. I received nothing but bad feedback, if I ever received any at all. They basically just wait til you screw up, write you up and fire you without trying to help you excel. Also, they aren't understanding of work/life balance. The call center floor is full of people who look like they're ready for a club or haven't taken a shower. They let favorite reps be off the phone to be "floor walkers" who basically get paid to sit around ignoring when you have a question, because if you do, they'll spend fifteen minutes trying to find someone who knows and meanwhile your customer is yelling at you and quality will end up flunking your call.
