CMS pays $500.00 per person commission for every person that is signed up. However, that street level commission is not passed through to the agents at Connexion Point. I signed up 50 or so people during 2022 AEP, my street level commission should been appx. $25,000. I received $140.00.

Not very clear training, not much communication from management. I was told upon hiring there would be lots of overtime opportunities and commission bonuses. They are VERY strict about not allowing overtime. OT was only allowed (and it was MANDATORY with no prior notice) during OAP and only for a week. I do not recommend working here unless you enjoy dealing with angry callers and a lack of communication from your managers. I was also told upon hiring I would not be doing any OUTBOUND calling - but as soon as open enrollment periods come to an end - be prepared to be stuck making outbound calls all day. Overall management is not super organized, not prepared for outbound campaigns - throwing agents on the phones without being sure if they are clear on the expectations. I would recommend more ONE-ON-ONE training for your agents - large group training only proved to be distracting and unproductive.
