Cons
Connexus moves far too fast and teams don't work together very well. Changes that have happened have had to be rolled out so quickly that the work ends up having to be redone because of how quickly things had to be pulled together. The standards that the contact center representatives are held to are are ridiculously strict. Only about a minute between calls. And if you take longer than that too many times you're subject to getting fired. Doesn't matter the cause. It could be technical difficulties that led to you taking more time between calls or potentially missing a call. Once they have your eye on you, they don't take it off until they have enough cause to fire you. It basically becomes a micromanaging environment that analyzes your work and time down to the minute.
