9/80 work schedule, good pay, good benefits, good 401(k) plan, good pension, friendly envrionment

Cons

Overall direction company is headed is murky, ability to advance career seems limited, location transfers seem impossible. I had two internships with COP and started full-time in June and was laid off in October with no performance review. People looking to start work with this company, especially inexperienced folks like myself, better think twice.
