There are no pros to working here anymore

Cons

They said they are giving us new bonus structures, but we have not received our bonuses in 3 months. They have not hired anyone new for the last few months, so the employees are getting more work because there are less people. There is so much work to do that people are getting burnt out.

Cons

- Can be high stress at end of month. But it’s only for 2-3 days of it
