      workload is extreme, it's hard to keep up if you have never worked in this field or ever had an admin job.

The workload demands from our clients have been increasing and unfortunately it has been difficult to recruit as quickly as we like to add-on to the teams.       Team mentality, overtime is always available, weekends off, location is nice and nearby the Irvine Spectrum, lots of parking spaces, many food places around for lunch, training is thorough, workplace events and catering, Casual Fridays, complimentary coffee and tea, right by the I-5 freeway.

      Cons

      Same and predictable routine every day, behind a cubicle for 8+ hours a day, clique-like environment, pay can be better for the work the employees put in. Only way I got to express my creativity was by decorating my cubicle. Very chatty coworkers which can be distracting. Left the company to pursue a position that is less "boxed in". Not really a con, but there will be many emails and phone calls every single day so being organized and knowing how to prioritize will help A LOT as it can and will be overwhelming (tip: make sure to archive your inboxes!)
