Pros

Great working environment, company has great insurance/benefits! They do a lot to make sure their employees are taken care of- lunches, company picnics & parties. Everyone is very friendly. Management has open door policy. Company is growing rapidly, great for someone that is looking to grow with a company.

Cons

I read through some of the reviews, and agreed that there is a lot of work. A lot of O/T, this could be a plus or minus depending on the individual. I see this as an opportunity to make more $$, but it's not for everyone. Company is growing & they can't staff as quick as they'd like. A lot of screen time, and a lot of different websites & applications to learn due to the different customers they have.

Benefits, team support, friendly atmosphere, open communication, employee appreciation events, growing company, fast paced, management ask for input & feedback, growth opportunities... VP is hands on and approachable. No time to be bored.

Cons

not enough time in a day due to high volume of work but the company is working on adding more team members and improving applications for better efficiency.
