We appreciate you taking the time to write a review and are glad you enjoyed the benefits and perks. The workload demands from our clients have been increasing and unfortunately it has been difficult to recruit as quickly as we like to add-on to the teams. We partnered with additional staffing firms to assist with this need. CFP is working on developing an improve orientation training & onboarding plan to help with the learning curve. If you have additional insights, please email feedback@cfpfire.com .

Pros

free coffee, catered quarterly lunches, hour lunch, lots of opportunity for overtime

Cons

training is almost non existent, there's almost no room for growth, 3% raises is the max they'll give out, high expectations for very little return, outdated systems, no room for personal growth within company
