Pros

Some good people, free soda and coffee,

Cons

People are in VP, Director and management position due to the length of time at the company with no regard to what skills, leadership or decision making capabilities they have. Operations management is filled with self-important, back stabbing, self serving, two faced liars. Do not trust anything anyone says to you because even if it's in writing they will not uphold anything longer than it suits their immediate need to manage up.

Pros

The people here are great and the company mission means a lot to me.

Cons

There is absolutely no plan for the future. It’s impossible to do any work with purpose or excitement because you never know what’s going to actually happen. Pay is significantly lower than other roles in the market. The company has been acquired twice in 5 years and it’s a revolving door. There are people leaving who have worked here for 10+ years because it’s gotten so bad. New leadership team is terrible.

Pros

Fun people to work with. Free drinks and food. Great Benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Since the acquisition by Endurance the sole focus for the support team is selling and not helping the customers. I was Hired on to do one thing and that was customer support. Now that "Recommendations" is apart of the call process morale has hit an all time low. Attrition is at an all time high and I just see it getting higher. They say its so the company as a whole can stay afloat. I find that hard to believe since there are so many other things that need to be either fixed or could come out of the overall budget. Now its up to the support team to try and sell products to our SMB clients to try and fix what the previous CEO and other top tier managers did in the past. I really loved this job for the first year and a half but now struggle to try and come into work each day.
