Pros

Fantastic benefits, medical, 401K is amazing.

Cons

The product has fallen far behind free options and no real development has been done to widen the offering. Gail Goodman is about E-mail...not small businesses. If she was then the product would reflect what customers want. They have gone full on call center and are just concerned with getting the card asap rather than educating the customer which they hid behind for a while. Instead of innovate they cut cost as much as they could. Stop drinking your own kool aid. you are not the best anymore, your main customer now is someone who doesn't know any better. Being the choice of the educated customer is out the window now.

Pros

Great people, incentives, and culture. The company offers a great benefits package and has a ton of perks their employees.

Cons

Needs to keep its focus on the product and its customers. There are too many people making decisions who shouldn't be. They need to keep their fast paced mentality in check if they want to see added growth.

Pros

The Pros are definitely the fact that you start with the company directly (no temp to hire) with Benefits and PTO starts from day one. Also, free coffee and drinks all the time and no dress code.

Cons

Although the workers and Managers try to keep it on a happy note at Constant Contact, they all know one thing.. it's just getting worse and worse. They stopped hiring as many people and the call volume hold time is getting out of control. The product changes are causing a ridiculous amount of product defects and the product's user friendliness is completely depleting. The laid back environment is almost completely gone now as well. Honestly, I had high hopes for this company when I first started. Now, I see they just find ways to make incentive pay harder to get and it's absolutely an unfair world with Survey Disputes and beating the stats in support. The workers work way too hard for the pay and they're not nearly as giving with the yearly raises. To be honest, the greediness of this company I believe will cause it it's being downfall. It's pretty much already begun with the price increases, no refund policy at cancellation, and no time and a half if you've used your PTO for the week. They're getting greedier with the customers and the workers and eventually, everyone gets what they give. I really think this company will have a server melt down or something similar. They servers have delays on their email deliverability almost every other day. Reading the other reviews makes me realize I'm not alone here.
