      Pros

      Growing company. You have no other option and you want a short-term gig and ready to work round the clock - this would be a fit.

      Cons

      1. Bad work ethics. No flex time. 2. You will be working round the clock 3. The managers pretend to be nice till the work get done. 4. They sucked my work for 5 months and when the project is complete they laid me off. 5. You would never know when you will be fired.

      Pros

      Great bunch of smart people to work with. Salary is pretty decent, benefits are good although I've seen many places with far better benefits.

      Cons

      Growth and change has been problematic. Focus and direction are lacking in many areas. Employee retention has suffered a bit. Changes in the way business has been conducted often does not make sense.

      Pros

      People are friendly, if you meet your goals nothing bad will happen. Benefits package is pretty good, considering how everyone is cutting back.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure to meet stats, rather than develop relationships with customers. I understand that the company is growing quickly, but all that they care about is getting the next account to sign up.
