Pros

Some good people, free soda and coffee,

Cons

People are in VP, Director and management position due to the length of time at the company with no regard to what skills, leadership or decision making capabilities they have. Operations management is filled with self-important, back stabbing, self serving, two faced liars. Do not trust anything anyone says to you because even if it's in writing they will not uphold anything longer than it suits their immediate need to manage up.

Pros

Decent Salary OK Benefits The worker bees are great people and very talented

Cons

If you aren't part of the "cool kids table" you will not get very far. And there's no room at the cool kids table. Do as your told, not as I do mentality. Lots of people with bloated stock options as well as egos. And many, many empty suit managers who have no business managing people, let alone driving strategy. Finally if you're brown-noser with no self respect, you will thrive here

Pros

This place still has a nice startup feel to it, and the company has some spending money for tiny perks like free drinks. They offer competitive wages. For someone working in HR, Tech Support, or administration, I think this place is a decent place to work.

Cons

I was warned that this company has a bad reputation for its Technical abilities before I started working there, and after being there for 4 months I think the reputation is well earned. It appears that they started out with some pretty poor engineering, and that culture still permeates the place. They have extreme difficulties doing technical tasks that most companies can accomplish easily. Worst of all, it seems that there are a lot of mediocre engineers that seem to be covering for their lack of abilities. Also, there seem to be a lot of folks trying to preserve their positions doing jobs that could be easily automated or relegated to development team administration or maintenance.
