Pros

Not many great things anymore. The old Constant Contact is no longer.

Cons

It's basically off the rails, so if you have a good work ethic, you can try to get a lot done, but ultimately leadership stands in the way of any progress.

Constant Contact generally provides stable work.

Cons

New leadership in the C-suite has changed over in recent years for the worst. If you're looking to work for a company that absolutely does not care about the common respect from the top down... work here. If you're looking to be overworked, micromanaged at a company that consistently losing market share.. work here. Ever since Jeff Fox left the company has spiraled out of control. Additionally - they forced out loyal employees on a forced vaccine mandate. New CEO has zero respect for front line employees and has a history of emailing in extremly aggresive manners.
