company on a nose dive - stay clear!

Pros

No pros to report. This once great company lead by Gail Goodman is barely a shell of its former self. So sad how it's gone downhill so quickly. ALL the good people, the culture they brought and the integrity is gone. Today it's just bean counters reporting into their parent company (Endurance) fighting for their own job survival.

Cons

This company is on a long nose dive that picks up speed each day. Would be surprised if they last into 2018 before being sold off by Endurance or get broken up into parts. Product is old and dated, MailChimp has long past them as the industry standard and many smaller players have passed them by with better products. Service has gone downhill too - use to be a big part of the business core - no longer.

Pros

Incredible incentive structure. Work hard, play hard mentality. Fun events payed for by the company.

Cons

I understand that in a sales environment, you are supposed to do everything you can do get the sale; however, a line needs to be drawn between doing everything you can and being unethical. I was coached and delivered a write-up for hitting 97% to quota and that being a result of me backing off selling to trial customers who the product was not a good fit.

Management clearly does not care about the customers or the employees. The almighty dollar is the main concern here and both employees and customers are considered to b replaceable.
