There used to be some pros before we became construct connect, now it is a depressing place to work. Flexible work schedule is only reason myself and others haven't gone on unemployment just to get out of here.

Cons

Overbearing micromanaging boss and management, hostile environment with management, poor distribution of leads and all your sales meetings are a re-hash of sales 101 tactics for boiler rooms. competing with our own companies for deals and leads. Our reporting has gone from the best to one of the worst as they continue to outsource to the Philippians. Base pay is among the lowest, you can make decent money on commission, if you can get leads that are sellable.

Pros

Can't think of any pros worth mentioning as they would be far outweighed by the cons. If your interests are: - working hard for no growth opportunity nor incentives, - being subjected to hidden agendas by management, - poor health and wellness benefits, - selling your soul to an employer ... then best of luck to you working at this place as it's all here!

Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement, little-to-no merit increases, poor base pay and expensive benefits. Company maintains a fake "people first" policy and their goal to become a "best place to work." Culture is one of low morale and common distrust due to many rounds of layoffs and cost cutting. Former competing companies that have now merged on paper have not gotten anywhere close to merging their people into a team mentality.
