Pros

Things that were pros are vanishing due to a "company first" mentality. Take care of your employees and they will be happier and more productive. This seems lost on the CEO.

Cons

At this company, it all starts at the top. The CEO is autocratic and does not empower his management team or employees. There is a lack of transparency, honesty, integrity, decision making, and direction. He can sell and has transacted the company twice but is unable to lead the company on a daily basis or into the future.
