The company provides many opportunities for training, development, and career advancement that are readily available. One of the great things about ConstructConnect is the cross-functional teamwork model they use. I was able to pick several teams to shadow, which gave me a better understanding of the daily duties, and I was able to decide which worked best for me. ConstructConnect has a strong People First culture, and you're provided every avenue to succeed.

Cons

Occasionally, coordination across teams and departments can take time, but they have a system in place that ensures success. Staying adaptable is key, and feedback is always welcomed to improve the process.

flexible schedules, supportive managers and co-workers, great perks like snacks, meals, and free beverages in office, fitness reimbursement, casual and fun work environment, tons of room for internal growth and promotions

I can't think of any cons, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience in my years working here.
