Pros

Great people involved in the company. Nice Vision for the future. Great sales managers.

Cons

The company sells 5 different versions of pretty much the same product with each of the versions competing against each other for customers. If you have to miss work, they get real mad. If you have a family, look elsewhere.If you have to miss time for sick kids or a death in the family they will say they understand but hold it against you later.

limited upward mobility due to rep/manager ratio ... middle management is a bit clueless and bad communication from leadership to keep middle management informed

Pros

The people are great! It's a very collaborative environment and ideas for improvement are heard. Work life balance is really good I have never been expected to work evenings or weekends, if I do it's because it was my choice.

Cons

We've grown very quickly and sometimes change feels like the only constant
