Pros

Good pay, super easy, and you get bonuses. Paid time off.

Cons

Don't get sick or you'll probably miss too many days and they will fire you. They say it's not sales orientated but it is.

Pros

decent pay, easy system, well program for free benefits, discount on plan was a plus, also had some events for workers

Cons

- call monitors are a joke most of the time - supervisors don't really help, they tell you what you've already tried, some tss's are not that great either they just have attitudes. - attendance policy is way to much; (For example: me and Fiance having child, complications arose so had to be away from work, managers did not believe me so terminated me because I went past the policy, however I'm not going to let something go wrong with my unborn child, and nothing I could do to make up time or give proof to show them, also managers sarcastically said hope everything goes good with the baby even though now I was jobless)
