Pros

Management is easy to talk to Management always available Always giving incentives to do better Promotions from within the company

Cons

Unrealistic call handle times Continued changes to the way things are done can be a bit confusing after a while Was told work from home was available last year but still have yet to get that opportunity

Pros

Nope absolutely not. Working from home is the only perk

Cons

Terrible trainers and training management, They fire the ones with good numbers you have no job security your numbers don’t count for anything no matter how good they are. It’s a popularity contest and if you’re not favored they apparently fire you. Managers have no patience or empathy. (I got a write up for coming in 2 hours late one time due to hospitalization with doctors notes, was told “we don’t accept or care about doctors notes”. There was no verbal warning first either. Just straight to write up.

Wasn’t horrible, my supervisor was good. My schedule was ideal working 4 10s with every Wednesday and weekend off.
