Pros

Work from home full time. Benefits are about the same as you would get with any other major company. Managers were all very good.

Cons

They will never give you a cost of living raise - The tools constantly go down which cost you money - There was a one second delay on nearly every call which makes it impossible to talk to someone - They snuck in an amendment on the last policy statement that reads you will not get your commission unless you are employed by CCI at the time the paycheck is issued but the commission runs FOUR WEEKS BEHIND so I got robbed over $900. No one ever reads those statements so it came as a shock after I resigned - Nearly every customer is over 70 and senile.
