      Supervisors and management at each others troat

      Pros

      Laid back if you focus on your job and don't get involved. Lots of growth opportunities, but the higher you go the more head aches.

      Cons

      All companies implementations either take too long, aren't always ready, something is always breaking, lots of blaming to both supervisors and lower people when things break and have no control over.

      Management is easy to talk to Management always available Always giving incentives to do better Promotions from within the company

      Cons

      Unrealistic call handle times Continued changes to the way things are done can be a bit confusing after a while Was told work from home was available last year but still have yet to get that opportunity
