Pros

Its a job, thats it I cant think of anything else Its helps you pay the bills you do get benefits

Cons

1. management will get in to your daily life 2. Management will do anything to take the bonuses you might get away. For example if you fail a month for any reason ( Quality or Daily stats ). I have worked there just under a year and have seen this happen to 7 people. 3.It does not matter if you are in the hospital and can prove it. It goes against your attendance at the job. 4. you end up cleaning up other reps messes all the time. consumer Cellular is so about numbers and sales alot of reps take short cuts to meet numbers. If you have an issue I cant solve and go to a manager I hear things like I need to own the problem and solve it my self. 5. There is little or no accountability of management. It is always the regular employees how seem to have to solve every problem 6. And I saved my favorite for last. In an attempt to save money on paying out health insurance consumer cellular is forcing employees to jump through there hoops or Consumer cellular will stop paying for any health insurance benefits. For example they propose little contests all the time and we as employees are forced to participate to maintain our health insurance benefits

Pros

Pays higher than average in the industry

Cons

It is a boiler room/boot camp for people that are just wanting a step-up from a typical call center. It is a small business that has micromanaging as its only way to even survive the day. Employees are timed to get bathroom breaks and lunches. This place is literally a modern-day slavery camp where there are no respect for employees from management and thus to each other.
