They hire just about anybody. Wash out rate in training was about 40% just because people just didn't come back. Got a few free meals. clean restrooms.

Cons

Leads main job seems to be sure no one is eligible for bonus. Total of two minutes tardy to work or back from any break/lunch the week of a Holiday and you forfeit Holiday pay.

Excellent benefits (401K, Profit Sharing, Monthly Bonuses, 100% paid medical/dental/vision) Great Company (rated best companies to work for) Managers and Supervisors are understanding and flexable Professional Environment (managers and supervisors give you room to do your job) Not so strict attendance policy (not really strict, don't know what the other people are thinking) Advancement opportunities (can be promoted based on attendance and experience/skill) Easy to obtain metrics (every call center has these) Lots of PTO and UTO available to take time-off

Cons

Don't believe all of the negative people. The attendance policy isn't so strict nor are the managers/supervisors evil people. Also the advancement opportunities are there if you want them and overall the office environment is supportive. I've on numerous occasions been given great feedback/advice from management/supervisors or my co-workers.
