Business Outlook

Pros

Leadership is amazing, Supervisors really care, career development and a balanced work/life. They are flexible with my family and time off, I am encouraged to take my time. I am able to invest in my 401K and they match to 6%. Remote work, and I can go into the site when I want.

Cons

There are times you work with upset customers but you do have someone to help you through that. Learning new technology quickly sometimes.

Pros

Good pay and opportunity to work from home. Training was decent considering how much is covered.

Cons

Can't always find solutions in system. You cannot search online (i.e. Google, Bing) to find a solution. Can't always stick to allotted time to resolve issues. There are no exceptions made if a call goes over allotted time and it will hurt your performance. Priority given to keeping ''in or under'' time limit and less on satisfaction of resolution.
