Pros

Great people with good attitudes, motivated to perform and work together as a team. Good technical challenges to overcome and excel at if you're looking to build experience and begin your resume. Good flexibility/autonomy around scheduling, work environment, approaches to getting work done, etc.

Cons

Unfortunately, company is closing up and pushing people out, offshoring talent, looking for only quarterly cost-cutting, etc. Financials are glossed over and hand-waved but ongoing, protracte downward trend with old management team that won't keep up. Good enough place for entry level experience, but past that you're better off elsewhere.
