Management heavy, underpaid workers

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

coworkers are very helpful, you have opportunities to learn a lot in your field, and great locations to work throughout Michigan

Cons

Company purposefully underpays employees(announced that they target for 50% of average market value and salary starts at 80%). Company keeps adding layers of management while increasing demands for employees. Employees are not given proper raises to recognize work. Promotions and career opportunities are dependent on nepotism rather than qualifications.

Pros

Great place to do very little and get paid a lot.

Cons

A lot of people do very little and get paid a lot. Promotions within an area of skill do not exist. If more pay is desired, one must change role/go into management. There is little to no reward for doing more or being exceptionally competent and capable.
