Pros

Good Benefits, but lacks behind the market in pay.

Cons

LEAN LEAN LEAN, do more with less. Constantly cutting the workforce, yet hiring middle management to the umpteenth degree. The amount of VP's SVP's, Director's, Senior Director's, Executive Director's. Senior Managers (level 1, 2, or 3) is mind boggling. Meetings upon meetings, have a meeting to meet about a meeting for another meeting. 8 hours later nothing has been accomplished, then you meet the next day at why it wasn't done. Then repeat the cycle. This work environment gives Officespace a run for its money.

Pros

They care about their employees, lots of training opportunities and room for advancement.

Cons

It's a large company and can feel siloed at times.
