Family value, mutual respect, love and care, decent salary

Cons

The company is trying so many new things with the IT department lately, SCRUM, agile, new Vendor for support.. Just too much for a small IT department. The processes are not. Improving but the good employees are leaving for sure. Something is wrong somewhere, time for investors and Board to do some serious thinking. People who mattered the most are now leaving and the new generation of Auto is taking over.

Pros

Well paying jobs with decent benefits, opportunities for flexible scheduling including working from home depending on job position. Room for advancement if you are willing to job hop.

Cons

Rarely are rewarded for doing a good job in your current position. The only way to get a really good raise is apply to a different job. Very difficult to challenge tradition or precedent. Still a very siloed and org chart based company.
