This was prior to 2010...Good place, caring, challenging, you take pride in wearing the color, happy folks, satisfied customers

Cons

Post 2010: New Leadership in IT, Some company from India came to support the Maintenance work in IT, not sure about what we were doing and what they. The new IT Leadership came with lots of idea but did not see a single change in the last 3 years, yes good people are leaving every other week. Since 2010, 60 folks must have left, I left in 2011 and I am glad that I am out of the madness. A very good company but as someone said, headed Autos' way. Time to sell the stock and move on with my life.

Good company, stable environment, cares for family

Cons

The IT department has no clue lately. Changing to auto style culture, too many IT Directors coming from Auto, trying to change the culture or fix something which is not broken. Almost 50 good folks left the company since the new CIO took over. 100 years of success will soon be lost in the next 5 years.
