Pros

Offers training for all areas, paid for. GREAT BENEFITS - 401k Match, Health Benefits with Company HSA contribution. Yearly potential for pay increase. Work environment is pleasant and friendly. We are always striving for Growth in the world of Technology. Family Oriented, Multiple events as lunch and learn from outside vendors to benefit employees. Employee appreciation events throughout the year. All management has open door policy. Provides break-room with fun activities such as Ping-pong, Foosball and multiple board games for relaxation during breaks.

Cons

Other than the office being to cold sometimes (bring a sweater) I have no negative comments.

Original DTx staff was great

Pros

DTx moral was high up until 2013. It used focused on getting the job down and having fun. DTx focus "was" to help other succeed, work as a team and respect others.

Cons

The PRO's all came to a halt when the new culture (former DRS staff) came on board. Moral went down and the politics started. There was a separation between the original DTx staff and new staff. Many original DTx employee's left or let go or was forced to leave. Turn over became high to make room for the new staff with much higher salaries.
