You will be working on weekends, after hours, and on time off Your supervisors at the corporate level will constantly be emailing you. They do not care if it’s 8pm on a Friday or 5am on a Sunday you are constantly being contacted by upper management Continental is constantly trying to innovate and this means taking on new programs or initiatives prematurely with many not making sense to daily operations Regions are very short staffed and there is little done to help Tight deadlines and a consistent piling on of projects means you are consistently working after hours

The cons of this job is poor management, discrimination against employees, no proper execution on coaching or follow up. Honestly, if I could get this place ZERO stars I would. Higher ups meaning past the community manager is a damn joke… it is kind of saddening that they state all this stuff about being a family and a CEO of your position but actually if your not up to their standards they will just replace you. Disgusting company
