      The managers play chainsaws at night

      Pros

      Nothing. They won't let u sleep and tell you to keep their eyes open.

      Cons

      U was deprived of sleep for nine months. I'm surprised I didn't die on the way to work. They had the managers (including one pregnant woman) chant in screeching voices, "KEEP Your Eyes open" while playing a chainsaw at 3 am. The ADAS SW group are barbaric savages.

      Good benefits package, above average PTO

      Cons

      Office politics, dated workflow, tools and processes, cannot hold on to talent, seem to know how to "utilize" visa workers, lots of frustrating inefficiencies.

      Pros

      Knowledge and experience within the team is enormous. Diversified opportunities with the company.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. Management is slow to adapt any change. Big disparity in work load within the team. No basic training for any employee joining the team. Management does not respond to any of the concerns raised.
