      Pros

      Over time because they're short staffed A LOT, literally to the point you'll be working an entire busy unit by yourself.

      Cons

      Short staffed, pay is horrible, benefits, work load, communication, backstabbing. Be prepared to be fired for ANY MADE UP REASON to be replaced by cheaper inexperienced employees
