Always short staffed, management that doesnt care, poor care for residents, revolving door for DONs

Poor communication with management in all aspects. They will steal your pto time and not let you use it. They expect unrealistic productivity standards from the therapy staff. Management favors certain nurses and stick the others by themselves with the more difficult and larger caseloads. The staff to patient ratio is unsafe. They hire some STNAs that don’t take the job seriously and will hide or take naps on the job and neglect patients. They will throw you in a position with little to no training. Poor team effort... somebody always wants to blame somebody else for poor care and nobody wants to work together.
