experience, i guess? if you're liked by the manager/partner then you get further.

Cons

10-12 hour days at least 6 days a week for well under market rate. Over 40 projects (30-70 pages) completed in less than a year

My boss was very interested in my growth. I also had difficult circumstances and my boss supported me a great deal.

There hardly were any, a great place for work, especially for the beginning of a career.
