Converge Technology Solutions is modern forward thinking, equal opportunity organisation with it's beliefs on ethical procurement and sustainability right at the heart of the company. Employee development and care is a priority and with the Converge employee support initiatives available from flexible working and training through to health and employee welfare, Converge has created a very supportive environment for its employees to grow.

Cons

Due to the growth of the business, there is not always enough spaces to accommodate everyone but with the parking share initiative this challenge has virtually been resolved.
