Management is incredibly unprofessional at times. They do not care for the other employees or think as a unit. They play games to advance themselves and burn others. Talent is driven away. The reviews here all point in that direction.

The scripts they give you to read are unprofessional and poorly written. Quality Assurance consists of people who may have completed high school. They fire at will for petty or no reason att all. Training is a joke. In short, work there until you get a better job elsewhere.
