None (really), except that it's a job.

I really believe that people stay away from this place. It ruined my life. Every department is small so if you believe your supervisor is being highly unethical and that person happens to be cozy with HR (who's basically one person), you're out of luck. In addition, a lot of jobs were eliminated and shipped to a third world country, probably paying agents $1 an hour instead of $10. From a money standpoint as well, it's not worth it. Family insurance premium can be more expensive than cobra rates - seriously. That's not normal. Might as well get insurance on your own.
